To ensure efficiency and maintain exceptional service levels, all vehicles are fitted with two-way radio systems, and every driver has access to mobile phones, enabling real-time coordination and rapid response to operational requirements.
Our operations function operates continuously, 24 hours a day, with vehicle movements recorded on a centralised planning board twice daily. This tracking includes critical details such as vehicle location, delivery schedules, and estimated times of arrival, ensuring transparency, accountability, and reliable service delivery.

All drivers are equipped with mobile phones that work in all countries where we operate, enabling them to report breakdowns immediately. In the event of a serious fault that renders a vehicle inoperable, a replacement truck is dispatched promptly to collect the trailer and complete the delivery.
