Leadership Philosophy

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Manex Logitech Group provides strategic leadership and governance for the organisation. The board is responsible for guiding the company’s long-term direction, ensuring sound corporate governance and maintaining the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct.

The Board currently comprises:

  • Two (2) Executive Members, responsible for strategic leadership, operational oversight and business development across the Group’s activities.
  • One (1) Employee Representative, ensuring that the perspectives and contributions of employees are reflected in the company’s governance structure and organisational development.

This governance structure supports a balanced leadership approach, combining strategic oversight with operational expertise and employee engagement.

Founder

Dr Manuel Maduapera founded Manex Logistics in 1988, establishing the foundation for what would later evolve into the Manex Logitech Group. Through his vision, entrepreneurial drive and commitment to service excellence, the company has grown into a diversified organisation operating across logistics, technology consultancy and industrial supply services.

From its earliest days, Dr Maduapera focused on building a business grounded in professional integrity, operational reliability and strong client relationships. His leadership has played a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s culture and long-term strategic direction.

Over the years, the company has expanded its operations across Southern Africa and beyond, supporting clients in industries such as banking, mining, manufacturing and regional trade. Dr Maduapera’s commitment to continuous improvement and customer-focused service continues to guide the company’s growth and development.
